What We Build

We build RV garages in a range of configurations. A basic covered structure that gets your RV out of the weather. A fully enclosed building with roll-up doors, power, and interior lighting. A combination RV garage with additional storage for tow vehicles, ATVs, or equipment.

Before we design anything, we talk about what you are parking. Class A motorhomes need different clearances than a fifth wheel. If you are towing a boat or trailer alongside the RV, we build for that too. We size the building around what you actually own, not a generic template.

A lot of Hill Country landowners have invested serious money in their RV. Leaving it parked in the open is hard on the exterior, the tires, and everything else the Texas sun and weather will get to over time. HCBR Texas builds custom RV garages in the Texas Hill Country sized to actually fit what you own. We have been building on Hill Country land for over 40 years and we know how to get this right.

Steel Construction

How We Build RV Garages

Most RV garages are built with steel construction. It gives you the widest possible span without internal columns, which is what you need for maneuvering a large rig in and out. We handle all permits and site work and we give you a locked-in price in writing before anything starts.

We also offer the same three completion tiers we use on every project. Turnkey, sweat equity, or a combination. If you want to handle any of the interior finish work yourself, we can build to that point and hand it off.

How We Work

Three Ways to Build

Every RV garage is built on a written contract with a locked-in price before work starts. What we quote is what you pay, and we handle all permits and site work as part of the project.

Tier 1

Turnkey

We build the entire RV garage from site work to a finished, ready-to-use structure. You pull in and you are done.

Tier 2

Sweat Equity

We put up the steel structure and you take on any interior finish work yourself to save on labor.

Tier 3

Combination

We handle the heavy work and you take on whatever makes sense for your budget, built around your rig.

Frequently Asked Questions

RV Garage Questions

How tall does an RV garage need to be?

It depends on your rig. A Class A motorhome needs more clearance than a travel trailer. We size the door height and building around the exact RV you own, with room to spare so you are not threading the needle every time.

Can I store more than just my RV in it?

Yes. A lot of our RV garages include extra bays or space for a tow vehicle, a boat, ATVs, or a workshop. We build the configuration that fits everything you need under cover.

Is steel the best material for an RV garage?

For most RV garages, yes. Steel gives you the widest clear span without interior columns, which is what you want for moving a large rig in and out.

Do you build covered RV storage as well as fully enclosed garages?

Both. We build simple covered structures that get your RV out of the sun, and fully enclosed garages with roll-up doors, power, and lighting. We build to what you need and what your budget allows.
