We do all the heavy lifting and you finish the interior yourself, which can save you tens of thousands of dollars. HCBR Texas has offered this for years because it works, and because not every family wants to pay full labor on work they are willing and able to do themselves.
We take your project through the hard, skilled, and code-critical phases. Site work, foundation, framing, roofing, mechanical rough-in, and textured drywall. Then we hand off the interior finish to you. Flooring, paint, trim, cabinets, and fixtures. The exact handoff point is written into your scope before work starts, so everyone knows who is doing what.
We prepare your property and build a solid foundation engineered to meet code and built to last.
We frame the structure and install a roof system that protects your home and locks in your investment.
We complete all mechanical rough-ins and drywall, delivering a clean, textured canvas ready for your personal touch.
Lay your flooring and roll on the paint, turning every room into a space that feels like yours.
Complete the interior with baseboards, casings, and finish carpentry that brings it all together.
Install cabinetry and complete your home with lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and final touches.
